The Westover Group Selected As Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm For Museum Place Development

Museum Place Development Group (MPDG) announced the selection of The Westover Group to serve as the office brokerage firm for the highly anticipated Museum Place development in Fort Worth’s world-renowned cultural district. The Westover Group will be responsible for leasing of more than 130,000 square-feet of office space within the 11-acre mixed-use development.

“The Westover Group brings exceptional knowledge of the market,” said Richard F. Garvey, Museum Place Development Group president and co-developer. “We look forward to working with the team at The Westover Group on our project.”

The Westover Group will provide brokerage services to Museum Place using a systematic approach to market and will provide office leasing services. Leading The Westover Group’s team for the Museum Place development is Frank Taylor, who manages transactions for the company and specializes in brokerage.

“Working with the Museum Place development is an incredible opportunity for our firm,” said Taylor.  “We are proud to help contribute to the revitalization of the Fort Worth cultural district and look forward to a mutually rewarding partnership.”

The Westover Group, a full-service real estate firm, was founded in January 2006 by veteran real estate professionals Sam Brous, Mack House and Frank Taylor.  Although newly formed, The Westover Group’s founders have been leaders in the commercial real estate industry since 1983. The Westover Group handles brokerage services, development, construction and planning, as well as property and facility management.

When complete, Museum Place will be a pedestrian-friendly urban development, with public plazas, open spaces, abundant on-street parking and wide, tree-lined sidewalks. Exciting retail, multiple restaurants and a boutique hotel will help generate a lively street scene. Museum Place Development Group, Ltd., developer of the project, is an affiliate of JaGee Holdings, LLP, a Fort Worth company that owns and manages more than one million square feet of retail and industrial real estate and TLCurban, a Fort Worth-based development company, developer of The Tower and Chase Building in Fort Worth.
