James, Harwick+Partners, Inc.
Vice President and Principal

J. Mark Wolf is a vice president and principal of James, Harwick+Partners, Inc. He joined the firm in 1988 after 11 years of architectural practice in Dallas including several with a JH+P predecessor firm.

Mr. Wolf will serve as architect-of-record for the Museum Place development. He and JH+P are no strangers to the project, having worked with JaGee during the project’s initial phases to determine the land-use and urban design concepts.

A majority of the firm’s nationwide practice consists of urban infill and mixed-use developments. Other North Texas infill developments in which JH+P has been involved recently include The Block in Richardson (winner of the 2005 CLIDE Award for Redevelopment from the North Central Texas Council of Governments), Cityville Fitzhugh near uptown Dallas, Cotton Depot (Fort Worth), Cityville Southwestern Medical District under construction (Dallas), Broadstone Wycliff in Oak Lawn (Dallas), and Broadstone at the Galleria (Dallas), commencing construction.

In the areas of professional and community development, Mr. Wolf’s primary focus has been on urban issues, through his involvement with the Dallas chapter of the American Institute of Architects, volunteer efforts with the City of Dallas Planning Department, the Dallas Plan, NCTCOG, and various pro bono efforts initiated by JH+P.

From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Wolf co-chaired the City of Dallas’ Urban Design Advisory Committee; served as a member of the AIA/Dallas Advisory Panel created to support the chapter’s Trinity River Position/Policy Initiative; recently served on the City of Dallas Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee; president of Save Open Space (“04 – ’06).
