Welcome to Museum Place, an 12-acre mixed-use development soon to be under construction in Fort Worth’s world-renowned Cultural District.
The $200 million+ project includes 163,000 square feet of ground-level retail, 130,000 square feet of Class A office above retail and more than 500 residential units above retail.
Museum Place will be a pedestrian-friendly, moderately intense mixed-use development featuring public plazas, open spaces, wide tree-lined sidewalks and abundant on-street parking.
The project is being designed to accommodate light-rail public transportation. A transit stop is located one block away, adjacent to a large public park.
With numerous restaurants, a boutique hotel and class A office space, Museum Place possesses all of the elements necessary to a lively street scene. The presence, above the shops and restaurants, of living units complete with balconies and terraces will create opportunities for Museum Place residents to engage with – and be engaged by – the activity at street level.
The design of Museum Place includes parking structures within each block. This will ensure not only the availability of an ample number of parking spaces, but also the freedom to complete a shopping or dining excursion without having to move a car.
